This is the most comprehensive book on general/abdominal sonography I've ever read. It is very heady so it may take a bit longer to absorb everything but have no doubts, Davies is on point with their info in this tome.
Great review/ study material, but this is not the only thing you should be using for the actual board test, because you need to actually understand the "why" behind every pathology and not just the answer. I used this along with Examination Review for Ultrasound book (red and green book) and it was very helpful.
If you want to really learn Vascular Ultrasound - this is the book to use!! Purchased the Abdominal Sonography Review for CME purposes-loved it!
I spent $53 for the book, and I got a xerox copy. Only the cover looks original. Inside is xerox. Xerox copy of the book is this expensive? Totally disappointed.

This book has many very helpful test questions. I really like that there are explanations with most of the answers as well in case you are confused on why something is the correct answer. These are questions that could possibly be on the board exam, though they may not be the same word for word, they are at least similar to what you might see.
This is a great review for the ARDMS exam love the review answers in the back. The whole collection of these review books are excellant.
I really like this text, it was helpful as a additional help in my studying, I dont think its really comparable to the lange review book but it is another form of practice, I would reccomend it for sure
