This book is so much more then a book of recipes. It really gives you all you need to start the Keto plan. The stages of how it all starts, what you will need, tools to help you succeed. I'm going out to eat , what can I order? What if I want a cocktail? She covers it all.The pages are colorful and the pictures are beautiful. Let's face it we all love seeing pictures of the food we will be making, at least I know I do.Then the recipes, they are all laid out beautifully in more then one way. If you want meal plan, she has meal plans laid out and the page listed where you can find that particular recipe. If you want to look up recipes by breakfast, desserts etc, you can also look up that way.Just wonderfully thought out. Completely happy and can't wait to dive right in and start making some yummy food.

Honestly I do not love to cook, and normally avoid it at all costs, but my keto diet was in danger because I was so sick of my same old, same old. As soon as this visually stunning book arrived, I decided I needed to make good on my investment and save my diet.. I made the pizza eggs first, and have made that several times since. Yum! And tonight I made the Asiago Bacon Biscuits. Oh my goodness!!! They are delish! I would highly recommend this book to anyone! Tomorrow, it's on to the Zuppa Toscana. I intend to try almost every recipe in this book! Thank you for a wonderful resource!

This book was anything but helpful. The majority of the book was about the Author and her journey, no offense, but I do not care! The whole purpose of me buy this was to get recipes, easy recipes. Instead I got a bio, only 6 to 7 recipes per category, AND the description says only a few ingredients needed. That is a lie, talk about major grocery shopping list. I felt like the description was very misleading and the book itself very unhelpful. Dont waste your money.

The Peace, Love, and Low Carb website is my go-to for great, reliable recipes. I've followed the blog for over 2 years. When she came out with this cookbook, I wanted to buy it - not only for the recipes but also support the web author as a way to say thank you for all of those years of great recipes. I REALLY like the way the cookbook is layed out. I TON of editing obviously went into it. It is so easy to view all the recipes in a section at a glance. I guess my only criticism I have is the best recipes in this cookbook are recipes that are also on the blog that I already use and love. I could have also done without all the info and backstory in the first half of the book. It makes the book HUGE and clunky to use. I think I saw where there is a spiral bound option now. I'd go that route if I had to do it over again.

Even though I have a free copy from the publisher waiting for me in the states, I won't get there for another 6 weeks and I was so impatient to read it that I paid for a kindle copy the day it released! It was money well spent because the Craveable Keto Cookbook is simply fantastic! While the recipes are amazing as all of Kyndra's are, the part I enjoyed the most was reading her story. Kyndra holds nothing back, and if you've struggled with weight in the past (or still are now) then her honesty and candor will really resonate with you as it did with me. Craveable Keto gives you everything you need to succeed in losing weight on the keto diet - encouragement, inspiration, practical tools, and delicious recipes! Definitely a "must have!"

I am just beginning my Keto lifestyle change, and this book is everything! It's so much more than just recipes. Kyndra shares her entire journey, the good, the bad, and the parts we don't always want to talk about. It's very personal as well as informative. My 10-year-old son flipped through the pages and within minutes had already chosen ten recipes he's excited to try. The recipes are well written, easy to follow, and varied. There's something in it for everyone. I can't recommend this book enough!

I have several of Kyndra’s cookbooks and her recipes never disappoint! I love that the ingredients are not crazy expensive or hard to find. This book also includes details about her journey and background which I enjoyed as well. This one is a must have if you are already into a Keto lifestyle or trying to get started. Simple recipes with easy to find ingredients that taste amazing!

This is the BEST cookbook I have ever purchased. The layout is thoughtfully done. I had bought the kindle version but decided I really needed it in print and when it came I loved it even more. There is a photo index in the back as each dish has a photo of what it is supposed to look like. I really like having photos of the dishes and it makes it even easier to find them in the photo index. I loved the introduction and everything Kyndra writes about. My husband and I have started the Keto Lifestyle and her books (30 Minute Keto, Happy Hour Keto & Craveable Keto) are the only resources we have used to start. We have never felt starving and we have made a lot of her recipes. We just made the everything bagels today and they are delicious. We had both really become stuck in a rut with eating and decided to change up our act. These books were so helpful getting started and made me really feel like we could do this. I highly recommend this book to everyone I talk to. Her blog, Peace, Love & Low Carb is amazing as well. All I can say is thank you Kyndra for helping me get healthy.
